There are difficulites as there is very little information concerning this site. The start place lies directly at the coast on a cliff and you can land on the beach. In addition there are usual wind ratios changing in this region that are to be noted.

If you come by car, the start place 50 is to the left of the parking lot. There is also a possibility to land here again, but be careful as sometimes the carpark is very full. At the beach, there are also crazy landing possibilities. To be sure take its ascent then in one steep purchase. For beginners: only fly on the beach!

That route is very, very hard. The street stipulates it is only passable by 4WD's. Alternatively you can make a long march by foot. You will find the way in the small town of Torbay, it is the second turn to the left when you come from Shelleys beach toward Torbay.
Sonstiges:
Albany is 400km south of Perth. It is a large coastal region, with all wind directions. It's the best Flying location in Western Australia if you want to spend a couple of crazy hours in the air.

If the wind blows strongly out of SSE, Perkins Beach is a crazy place to Paraglide. The flight zone is at the western end of its "sister" Mutton Bird. Crazy feeling to be lifted into the air so quickly from such a small sand dune.
