The whole state of Texas is full of cloud streets. The forecast was good, but the reality was better. I got off first again at...

Russell Brown had the tug all set up on Wednesday for any pilots ready to go. The winds were out of the southeast consistently (the direction that we love here) but the overall weather pattern to the north in Texas wasn't favorable for a record attempt on that day. Lauren Tjaden and Pete Lehmann flew and got used to the area.
The weather...

I used the new antenna the I purchased from the Oz Reports store today at King for the first day of the meet. I now have much clearer transmission and reception capabilities than the stock Yaesu antenna. Just wanted to let you know the product is well worth the money.
