We really had some flying today. It was spectacular. Lots of mid level clouds throughout eastern Australia. The morning satellite showed just a small clear area around Mt. Beauty, but generally the overwhelming presence of clouds. The regional BOM forecast was for showers turning to general rain throughout the area.

I just wanted to be clear again that I am using beta firmware on my 6030. It is not guaranteed to work, of course, but so far it has worked just fine, other than the altitude above goal around a turnpoint. The new arrows are a big improvement (if not perfect).
The error in the firmware with respect to goal altitude is in the released firmware... mehr
