Location:
This hotel is located only about 10 m from the famous beach on the Lido, and about 15 minutes by water bus from St Mark's Square. Guests will enjoy their stay in these glorious surroundings, where it is possible to spend a wonderful holiday or simply relax for a few days.
Facilities:
The hotel was renovated in 2006 and comprises a total of 22 apartments spread across three villas as well as wonderful gardens and a terrace. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk and a hotel safe, a breakfast room, and an Internet connection via WLAN. There is also a laundry service, a bicycle hire facility, a playground for younger visitors, and parking for those arriving by car.
Rooms:
The apartments all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a kitchenette with a small fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, a sofa bed in the lounge, a double bedroom, a second bathroom, a hire safe, and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. The suites on the first floor feature a terrace, while those on the ground floor have a private garden.
Sports/Entertainment:
Leisure facilities include two heated swimming pools, a children's pool, a poolside snack bar, and parasols laid out ready for use. Water sports options include banana boating, rowing, and surfing. Guests may bathe in the pool or the sea, in addition to trying water-skiing, kayaking, sailing, and paragliding. It is also possible to do aerobics or play table tennis, basketball, handball, volleyball, bocce, badminton, bowling, and mini golf. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation for guests. The nearest golf course lies some 5 km from the hotel. There, guests can play golf all year round in addition to tennis and archery, or try horse-riding. Guests may visit the coast or Venice with all its attractions.
Meals:
Guests can select their breakfast from a buffet. It is possible to book a Bed & Breakfast stay.

American Express, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard and VISA cards are all accepted in the hotel.
How to get there:
Motorway connections: A4 from Trieste and Turin - A27 from Belluno - A13 from Bologna (for more information: Società Autostrade). Road links: SS. 309 Roma from the Adriatic Coast - SS. 14 from Trieste - SS. 13 from Treviso - SS. 11 from Padua. At the end of the bridge that leads to Venice guests will find a sign "Tronchetto ferry-boat to Lido". The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the journey is 35 minutes. (Ferry timetables at www.actv.it). The train station is Venezia S. Lucia. A water-bus leaves (line 51) from the Railway station every 20 minutes that quickly arrives at the Lido (35 minutes). Guests may also take line 1 which offers a slow fascinating ride on the Grand Canal (1 hour ride). For more information on train times, visit the Trenitalia site at www.trenitalia.it. Marco Polo airport is situated 12 km overland and 10 km from Venice and is well connected with public transport links to Venice (by water and land, and Mestre Railway Station).
