For more than three decades Jeff Nicolay and Morningside have been
the heart of Hang Gliding and Paragliding in New England. He introduced flying
to more people in our area than anyone could imagine and touched all our lives
in one way or another. Jeff's death is a terrible loss to our flying community
and all who knew him.

Teddy Hasenfus has graciously allowed us the use of his property for our meeting
and this event. Barb and Randy Adams will be supplying the grill and paper
products for eating. The tent will be provided by John Pettinato. The band
called Smoke and Mirrors will entertain us, thank you Jim MacNutt. John Arrison
is covering the trash disposal and the VHGA has the extreme pleasure of
providing you a clean place to pee.

So please join us on Saturday October 9th at Teddy Hasenfus' house by the base
of Mount Ascutney to remember Jeff and celebrate his life.

Location/Directions Teddy's house is on Henry Gould Rd. in Perkinsville, VT.
From the junction of Rt. 91 and Rt. 131 near Ascutney which is exit 8 off Rt. 91
take Rt.131 west for 4.9 miles to Henry Gould Rd on your right.

Meeting: The VHGA meeting will be held at 6PM sharp and we promise to be quick.
We do have the election process and some updates.

The Eats Dinner will be Pot Luck so bring what you can, the more the better I'm
sure. If you can think of something we forgot, bring it with you.

Here's the schedule: Show up at 4:00. Start to eat about 5:00. VHGA meeting at 6:00,
bring your food with you. Music starts about 7:00 and we clear out about 10:00.
