BHPA Competitions Committee writes:

During the November planning meeting it was decided that the 2007
UK Nationals will (like 2006) be held at St.Andre in the French Alps. It will be
run as an Open competition (i.e. also open to non-UK pilots) and run as an FAI
category 2 competition. 2007 will be different in that the Class 5 (Rigid wing)
nationals will be held alongside the flex wing competition.


It is expected that the event will be late season (late August/early September),
subject to local and FFVL approval. The entry fee is £90 (approx. €130), with a
£10 discount to UK pilots with entry paid by 8th May 2007.


Guest pilots from the host nation will receive a 50% discount. When local
arrangements have been finalsed (early next year) more details will be posted on
