Right after Rob Kells at Wills Wing announced their Blue Sky Scooter Tow Clinics
the requests started coming in, especially from European instructors. Wills Wing
is encouraging all their dealers to come to these clinics so it would be good if
you signed up early.


I heard from Rob that he's thinking about requiring a $100 deposit to hold your
spot and you get that $100 back when you show up and attend the clinic.


The USHPA was going to cosponsor (and help pay for these clinics by paying Steve
Wendt's fee) these clinics, but they made the requirement that USHPA instructors
get first dibs. Given all the European instructors who want to come already, Rob
decided to fund the clinics from Wills Wing and not have to deal with this
demand from the USHPA. See more below.
