The T2C includes:

I missed the rather obvious fact that that WW T2C at $8,285, has carbon sprogs and carbon outboard leading edges. He then goes on to point out the cost of an equivalent Moyes S or RS with smoked sail cloth (don't know it is equivalent to the UVM sail cloth) :

A base price of $7195
- zoom frame with carbon speedbar for $795
- Carbon leading edge inserts for  $375
- Carbon battens $550 (which one may or may not consider equivalent to the 12 mm aluminum from WW)
- Carbon rear leading edge tubes for $425
- Carbon sprogs (dive struts) for $500

This totals to $9840.

So my "semi-correction" to the cost of the Icaro Z9 is now mute as the carbon sprogs were already accounted for in the T2C, at least, if not the Moyes RS.

But now I have the problem of a configuration that is a bit rich in features compared to the offerings from Airborne and Aeros, features which may or may not (depends on who you ask) have a "substantial" effect on performance and handling. So trying to dial this back a bit and compare apples with apples, let's try this:

Wills Wing T2 (Mylar) with carbon LE inserts, aluminum airfoil speed bar: $6,525

Aeros Combat L with carbon LE insert, aluminum airfoil speed bar: $7,755

Moyes Litespeed RS with carbon LE inserts, aluminum airfoil speed bar: $7,920

Airborne C4 with carbon LE inserts, aluminum airfoil speed bar: $8, 137

I don't include the Icaro Z9 as I can't dial it back that far.
