Dark and low cu's all morning with a brisk wind, but later in the afternoon the wind abates and the clouds began to break up. Competitors had repeated launches, as they tried to get away. Finally they started dribbling away under skies with lots of cu's and scud. No one made the goal 77 km down wind.

There was a bit of a kerfuffle earlier today when it turned out that Jason Reid had launched before the launch open time. He won the day yesterday but violated the rule and admitted to doing so. So he got a zero for the day.
