Colombian Nationals day 3 Task 2
... Started too early ...

The day started out fine. Nevertheless, the task committee decided to call a small predefined task of 32 km. I decided to take off early and took what I thought was the first start time in order to leave the other pilots behind to get away of the main gaggle. I made the course in the fastest time fifty nine minutes and landed with a nice smile in my face. That smile quickly faded away once I called my wife and she told me that I miss the start gate. She was right.
I left fifteen minutes too early. Half an hour later the first pilots started to arrive, with the best time being 1:12. Fortunately, the rules state that the pilots that started before the first start gate would get their distance points (but not their speed points). Five pilots made it in.
