Davis jumped the gun a bit on this one. Because he was the first one to spot the problem he got the test DLLs first.

Because Davis, Flytec and Bräuniger gave thumbs up there's no reason why you wouldn't use the DLLs too. Please download the windows version from http://data.naviter.si/dll/win/bracom.dll.
