The tandem is not the pivotal experience for most. Don’t get me wrong, if done correctly it is an awesome experience and we do over 1,500 of these tandem flights each year. The tandem first is just not the magic call to action for most.

If you trust me and try the way that I have described you will see a huge difference in retention and in the number of people who now want to be pilots.
