Safe landing is always the best option for any aircraft, including
a hang glider. However, crashes do happen - and if it happens on a hang glider,
the pilot should know the course of action to take to reduce the risk of
injuries. Many hang gliding pilots consider bracing as a well-known practice.
However plenty of pilots still have no idea of it, which leads to (often
preventable) injuries. This video is showing some examples.
