There has been some confusion about the status of hang gliding at
Sheets Airfield, Florida the home of the Quest Air Soaring Center.

Last year three hang glider pilots bought the Sheets Airfield. They continued
the lease of facilities to Russell and Lori Brown the owners of the Quest Air
Soaring Center. The whole point of buying the property was to allow for and
encourage the continuation of a viable hang gliding operation at Sheets
Airfield.

Recently Russell and Lori have decided to retire from the business of running a
hang gliding operation. So they put the Quest Air Soaring Center up for sale.
The owners of the Sheets Airfield had not previously agreed to the sale price
that Russell and Lori asked for. They decided to let Russell and Lori see if
they could find a buyer without interference from them.

Quest Air will continue as before providing hang gliding services (aerotowing,
instruction, etc.) while Russell and Lori wait for an offer.

If Russell and Lori are unable to find a buyer for the business, then the
Wilotree Partnership will make what they believe to be a fair offer for the
business. If no arrangement can be made that satisfies both parties, then the
Wilotree Partners will take over the hang gliding business at Sheets Airfield
and the Quest Air Soaring Center's lease will be terminated.

There is nothing that any hang glider pilots have to do. Bobby Bailey will still
be living at Sheets Airfield. There will still be plenty of Dragonflies there to
tow you up. Instruction will still be provided. We expect to continue to hold
major competitions at Sheets Airfield.
