I am still trying to find out exactly what happened but this is what I have
found out so far. Erin, the office manager at the USHPA told me that Connie
Work- Locke made her take out and throw away, some of the pages (in our
insurance application) That is, throw away the list of CVHGA (3 in total)
insured land owners. According to Erin, Connie Work-Lock then instructed her to
put in a new list of land owners into our insurance file. This new list had 8
land owners. But the new list did not have the owner of our landing area on it.
So the result is, our landing area is not covered at this time.


Erin, the office manager said "I don't think that this mistake is a big deal and
anyway it was not my fault because I was just doing what Connie Work-Locke told
me to do".


I will investigate further and try to get this straightened out. The CVHGA
landing area will re- open when I get a valid certificate of insurance listing
the correct land owner for our landing area. I will notify in the same places
and to all on this list.
