Twenty four flights of more than 300 km have declared on HOLC for
rigid wings compared to five for the flex wings (which are in the majority after
all). Most of these flights have been taken by pilots flying the AIR Atos VR.


The VR is really the absolute weapon for the cross country! Gilles with his
550km flight in Spain, for example! The season is far from being finished and
things have started to heat up in Zapata.

A statistical study of the flights on the HOLC in 2003 (whole season),
which was a memorable year from the point of view of the weather conditions,
shows the great step forward carried out thanks to the arrival of Atos VR.

Well, instead of taking my AIR ATOS VR for a spin, I hoped on the
WW Falcon 3 170, and flew 330 kilometers. So I guess that makes six flex wings
flights of over 300 km. :-)
