Whether it is a flight park, a local club, a national or
international association, the primary goal of any hang gliding organization
should always be to grow the sport of hang gliding. If the organization
contemplates some action that makes things more difficult, that doesn't promote
the sport then the organization shouldn't take that action.

What is the point of coming up with a crazy proposal (since ratified) re
prototypes seen partly here:

This ill informed and unworkable piece of gibberish is unworthy of our
community.

CIVL needs to involve all the stakeholders in the community in a process in
advance of passing anything like the prototype proposal, otherwise it will
continue to be embarrassed.
