USHPA BOD to discuss CIVL suspension of competition paraglider
certification

Should they follow many other national associations and not allow
competition class gliders in their Category 2 competitions?

On Thursday the USHPA BOD will meet on a conference call to
discuss how to respond to John Aldridge's statement:

Organisers of FAI Category 2 events are also strongly advised to
consider whether Competition Class paragliders should be permitted to compete in
events with racing tasks for the period of the suspension.

I wonder how this would affect any PWC event in a country that
supports the suspension.
