I've already pointed you to the latest proposals from the USHPA
Competition Workgroup for sanctioning and the competition rulebook
here. It's great to see that the Competition Workgroup sees the value of
dividing up the Rulebook, as I have proposed, but unfortunately they
are still headed in the wrong direction (suppressing competition and not
encouraging it). I have drafted some quick counter proposals
here and
here.

I basically have just deleted the bad portions of these proposals from the
Competition Workgroup. I have alternate proposals available which I have linked
to previously
here in
the Oz Report and every BOD member is getting an Oz Report branded memory stick
with these proposals and all the Oz Report articles on these issues.
