The USHPA office writes:

Region 4 director Jim Zeiset retired after many years of service to USHPA, and recommended as his replacement Ken Grubbs. Ken was elected to fill out the remainder of JZ's term which ends in 2009.

I have had many (many) disagreements with Jim over the years, but he was an individual willing to work for the USHPA and competition pilots, so I appreciate his service. The question becomes who will be the USHPA CIVL representative and the alternate.
