The Elsinore club sued the landowner for Breach of Contract and lost. If the signer of a contact is allowed to sign a contract, benefit from the contract, and then be allowed to get out of the contract, then something is wrong.

The Elsinore club is only seeking to get the landowner to live up to the agreement that he signed. That is all. The actual signed agreement can be found on the Riverside Superior Court website. We now have to take up the landowner’s Breach of Contract, the contract that he signed, via Appeal, and hence the plea for funds.

The web site for the court system makes you log in. So, just go to the Riverside Superior Court site (http://www.riverside.courts.ca.gov/), click "View Civil Documents Online", click "Search Court Records", click "Click Here to Search Court Records," click "Civil, Sm. Claims, Fam Law, Probate Case Information," click "Name Search," "Elsinore Hang Gliding Association" in the Business field and look for "RIC411343" (court case number). You will be asked at some point during this process to login. Just use GUEST and no password.

The case documents will show right up. It is one of the first documents filed in the case.
