Added UTC offset information to tracklog.

Changed/improved input form of broadcast SMS list. Smartphone users should be happier.

Records track only if it has four or more satellites in view. This provides a better fix for 3d track.

Fixed a crash while working with SMS broadcast list form.

I'll be testing the latest version this coming week at the Big Spring Internationals.
