A new version of the OzGAP 2005 and GAP 2000 scoring program, that fixes a "bug." The previous version set the TimeValidity to 1 if no one made goal (and let the DistanceValidity value devalue the day). This is in accordance with the GAP documentation.

RACE actually devalues the TimeValidity value using the ratio of maximum distance flown to the nominal distance.

Now you can have it either way. Consistent with RACE or consistent with the GAP documentation.

The next version will allow for penalty points.
