On Thursday we went out to test fly the new Sting 3 configuration (it still hasn't been sent to the DHV), and soar the coast in an east wind. The wind was actually east northeast.

That's Ricky Duncan on the Sting 3 in the front with Scott Barrett on a customer's C4 back in for a retune. The launch is down the ridge line a small ways from the pine trees.

Tony Barton had his students out for sled rides to the beach to the left of launch. Scott got up and soared the disused coal jetty to the right of the picture.
