Rampart Ridge is in the central Cascades east of Seattle and is accessed from
Interstate 90. Mt. Si is to the west of Ramparts also along Interstate 90 north
of the town of North Bend. I have flown both sites, Rampart many times. 9,000'
sounds pretty high to me for Rampart or Mt. Si.
