New high resolution (6 Km) regions have been added for:

- Camden (includes Bathurst)

- Bunyan

- Tocumwal (summer only)

- Bunyan Wave (winter only)

The Tocumwal region will run only for the summer period, and be shut down for
winter. The resources will then be used for a very high resolution region
'Bunyan Wave' at 1.2 Km resolution which was successfully tested a few months
ago.

For the techos: It runs on a pair of powerful virtual machines at Amazon Web
Services (AWS) and completes the computations in two hours, so the forecasts are
available much earlier than previously. All regions are complete at 0600 and
1800 daily. The data is stored on an Amazon 'S3' storage bucket.

At the moment the animated RASP (which is what I use) has not been
implemented.
