I'm Juaki the meet director & organizer of the HG Europeans 2014.
I have requested the CIVL Bureau if I can move one week backwards the dates of
the competition, basically for two reasons:

On the 7th of July Pamplona has the San Fermines and this is the biggest feast
of Pamplona and maybe the biggest of all Spain. It's quite difficult to find
lodging in that week. There is also a small clash of dates with the Female Class
1 Worlds at Annecy with only one day difference in between the closing ceremony
at Annecy and the registration at Lumbier.

This is the actual scheduled programme:

Registration & training: 6 to 8 July 2014

Practise task: 8 July 2014

First TL briefing: 9 July 2014

Opening Ceremony: 9 July 2014

First Competition Briefing: 9 July 2014

Mandatory Safety Briefing: 9 July 2014

Contest Flying Dates: 10 to 19 July 2014

Closing Ceremony & Prize Giving: 20 July 2014

And these would be the new dates, in case that CIVL Bureau approves it:

Registration & training: 13 to 15 July 2014

Practise task: 15 July 2014

First TL briefing: 16 July 2014

Opening Ceremony: 16 July 2014

First Competition Briefing: 16 July 2014

Mandatory Safety Briefing: 16 July 2014

Contest Flying Dates: 17 to 26 July 2014

Closing Ceremony & Prize Giving: 27 July 2014

The registration schedule is the following (this one will remain the same)

Countries can submit teams of 5+2 by 31 January 2014. Deposit of 100 € to
reserve the places By the 31st January if total pilots registered does not
exceed 150 an extra allocation of 1 pilot per team will be offered. Official
allocation deadline 20 May 2014 Places remaining if any offered to non European
countries after 20th May deadline.

NAC/Nations registration 5+2 & deposit payment by 31st January Confirmed pilot
names & payment in full by 1st April 2014 Allocation round begins 1st February
2014 Payment in full for aditional pilots to be made in 20 days from offer and
20th May the latest Entry fee is 400€ . TL & assistant fee: 200€

We will be also running our Nationals at the same site a week earlier, initially
the dates are: June 27th to July 5 2014. In case that CIVL approves my proposal
they will also move 1 week later 4 to 12 July. This competition will be a Cat. 2
Open Championship and can be used for training for the Europeans

As soon as I receive the CIVL Bureau's answer I will announce it to the CIVL
delegates list and update the web site, that still has only information of the
Pre Euros.

In case that the Bureau doesn't approve it or if their is any clash in dates
with any other comp, the dates will remain as initially scheduled.
