On the 1st of September 2013 the company was acquired by Michael
Moeller when Manfred decided to retire after more than 30 years in the industry.
The complete staff of co-workers are still with the company and the entire line
of products and services continue.

Michael has been flying and designing hang gliders for 20 years and has a degree
in aerodynamics. For years he made a living as a pilot for various airlines.

Once everything has settled with the takeover of the company the first thing on
the list is to get the Skyrunner DHV certified. Furthermore two new hang glider
designs are currently in the works.
