Hebbronville on Friday

Late start, base was on the deck early, but cooler than it has
been and more humid, so it felt better. Had some stratus early that slowed
things heating up. Pinged off just before 11. Slow all day, had cloud support
for a good chunk, then blue as we went into hill country.
Dont think we saw much faster than 82 km/hr, even on full bar. Ended early, got
real light (very hazy) about 5 pm. 8.5 hour flight, 318 km. Will need a lot more
wind and better day for a record, but fun all the same.
The flights were pretty much as forecasted the night before with
the main weather feature being the light winds and cu's south of the Edwards
Plateau.
