I am sending you this email today to inform you about a situation
we have here in the Sequatchie Valley. Several years ago we had and someone move
into the valley and start a "Paragliding training school". At some point he
became hostile towards the club because of a difference in opinion. Basically he
did not want to abide by the rules. Over time it became clear that he was going
to attack anyone who was not on his side.

I have been flying in the community for many years. I have been a hang glider
pilot for 13 years and a paraglider pilot for 3. I wanted to send you some
information about this individual so that you can be informed as much as
possible and possibly help us out in some way with this issue. You will find
