We got an email from Stephane Malbos, the President of CIVL today.
He wrote that our documents are the highest quality bid documents for a Category
1 competition that he has ever seen. We were shocked and amazed to hear this. We
are also very proud of our accomplishment. Thanks to Stephane for his kind
words. Now on to producing quality competitions.
