Eric Williams, a hang glider pilot and instructor, David Lopez,
and Alex Skyride, also hang glider pilots, have purchased Sheets air field the
site of Quest Air Hang Gliding. They have done this because they want to see
Quest continue as a flight park at Sheets airfield.

The property has been actively for sale since 2008. Nobody was crazy enough to
purchase it. Because it is in the Green Swamp (Florida Aquifer) there are severe
restrictions on development (lot sizes must be 10 acres or more). They purchased
the airfield and surrounding area, 110 acres. The price was, I assume, between 1
and 1.3 million dollars.

I've asked Eric to write up a couple of paragraphs about the purchase and what
their future plans are for Sheets. He may have a chance to do so.

We are planning to continue onward as before but with improvements that we are
very much looking forward to (more on this later). We are planning two major
competitions (Sport and Open) this Spring (March and April) at Quest. More on
that soon.
