Paramotoring World's best equipment. Powered Paragliding is a blast as long as you get the best equipment and training from truly certified USHPA instructors. BEWARE there is a fraud out there known as the USPPA. It is a bogus organization meant to deceive those that don't know any better. Notice USHPA and USPPA are only different by one letter. Make sure you get with USHPA instructors. If you see anything USPPA; RUN!! They sell horribly bad equipment, videos, books and have no legitimate certifications. Many of them learned on their own and then are pretending to be instructors less than a year later. NIGHTMARE. Stay away from the USPPA. Zero serious injuries & deaths have ever occured with properly certified USHPA pilots flying Flat Top paramotors. Get the very best and have a total blast!!! Yahoo!!!

Dual Control tandem training flight. In air the student generaly takes a 5 min break from the controls every 20-30 mins so they can stay sharp. By the end of the first flight a student will have done a good number of 'beats' building up a solid base to their training with smooth use of all controls, both wing warping ("weight shift") and use of the "brakes". PPG Scary Launch
This is me launching for my 27th flight. After the tail wind launch my confidence was very high... maybe too high. I don't usually steer my glider much during a launch run -- instead I follow it and stay under it. This time I followed it straight at a parked plane... lucky I missed it. I learned a valuable lesson about being lazy and refusing to re-set my wing after a wind direction change. This wouldn't have been a big deal at my home field which is very open... It's important to stay aware of obstructions especially at a new LZ. NOTE: this looked more dramatic in person -- the camera has a .5x magnification wide angle lens which makes everything look 2x as far away as it was!
