King Mountain at the southern end the River Valley is THE starting point for manifold Cross Country Tours in Idaho. Here you have three parallel ___ and can often loosely cross the separating mountain chains.

The main route leads over 70 miles towards Challis and further until Salmon. At the three starts, the typical High Desert Mountain conditions await you: strongly conditions and quickly changing weather.
