Fliegen in Malta?

Hello together,

I have to work in Malta for 6 months and would like to know, if it is possible to do some paragliding at this island. Does anybody know some places for soaring or thermal flying? Is it allowed to fly in Malta? Is there a paragliding club or community?

Thank you all in advance for a short advice, if you know something about this.
